Breakfast:


4 Jacobs cream crackers
1 banana
1 glass Welch's white grape & peach juice



Lunch:


1 Mediterranean Tomato Slim-A-Soup
1 Amore strawberry yoghurt


Dinner:


2 pieces Birds Eye Crispy Chicken (I've been ordered to protein-load)
1 bowl rice
3 pieces garlic bread
(Should have been veggies in here, but they went off!)



Plus water all day.
